The Spallation Neutron Source (SNS) Coupled Cavity Linac (CCL) is a normal-conducting RF section operating at 805 MHz, accelerating H- ions from 87 MeV to 186 MeV. It spans over 55 meters and consists of four modules, each designed to optimize beam energy through eight 4-cell or 10-cell segments, fabricated using high-temperature copper brazing.
